WHERE: Cross Point Church of God/Winter Place Ski Resort

WHAT: MERGE is a NEW event for this year which combines Encore and Spring Fling! Friday Evening we'll gather at the Cross Point Church of God in Beckley, WV and have a time of Worship and Fellowship. Saturday morning we'll head to Winterplace Ski Resort for Snow Tubing! 

The cost of this amazing weekend is just $40, which includes food Friday evening and breakfast Sat. morning, Snow Tubing, custom MERGE beanie, plus an amazing evening of worship.

A 50% (non refundable) deposit per student is due by Friday, Jan. 27, 2012. After that a $10 late fee will be added.

Lodging: The make this event affordable, guy will be staying at the Crosspoint Chruch of God and the girls will be staying at the Lester Church of God. Please bring a sleeping bag and/or air mattress.
